What Does the following Fecalysis Result Mean?

Hi Doctor. I have extreme pain in the middle of my abdomen and I have diarrehea. I underwent fecalysis and these are the resuts: Yellow brown Mucoid consistency 0-2/hpf wbc, rbc Few fat globules Moderate yeast cells No ova nor parasite seen I would like to ask if what s wrong with me. I took omeprazole 20 mg, but the pain did not go. Thanks doc.

Hello,

Your result are suggestive of yeast infection and i would like to advise you to take an antibiotic like Tab O2 with a probiotic and antacid for 5 days to get relief.
